Terms and Conditions

It lets you to define the Terms and Conditions for the inventory modules like Invoices, Sales order, Purchase order and Quotes. Having the Terms and Conditions in your inventory modules, lets you to easily populate the text in PDF templated sent to your customers.

Adding Terms and Conditions for inventory

By default, Joforce renders some text for inventory Terms and Conditions. You can change the text to suit your requirements.

  • Click on Profile icon → Settings → Navigate to the INVENTORY section → Terms and Conditions

  • Choose the inventory, for which you need to change the text.

  • Make the necessary changes and finally click Save.

You can also change the text from the records of your Inventory module.
