How to Get the Publicly Accessible URL
You can create a publicly accessible URL on Google sheets by following the following steps:
1. Go to your Google Drive and open your spreadsheet. Click on the blue Share button in the top right-hand corner to open the Share with another modal.
2. If you haven’t shared your file already, just click on the Get shareable link (green button). Otherwise, click the dropdown to choose the access permissions. Then select More.
3. A window will pops up, and you select either on – Anyone with the link can view or On – Public on the web. Choose the one you prefer.
4. Click Copy link to copy your sharing link and click done to close the Share with other modal.
How to Import Now?
Upload the URL like below, where you can import data from Google sheet. To import only new items, choose a new item from the options. To update the existing posts/pages/custom posts/Woo-Products using title or ID or slug or SKU, you can choose an existing item.
Mapping the XML fields with WordPress core fields
You can do mapping in either “Advanced mode” or “Drag ‘n’ Drop” mode. Select the WordPress core fields for the appropriate WordPress fields. You can save the mapping as a template for later use by providing a name in ‘Save mapping as a template’ textbox. Once you mapped, click on the Continue button.
After performing mapping, You will be redirected to the Featured Media Handling page. Be sure to enable the external images to your media checkbox if you have used any external images. You can use images for importing if it is already available in the WP Media.

Importing the XML file

Enable the pre-state rollback option, if you want to revert to the previous state in case the importing is not done properly.
Here enable the “Do you want to switch on Maintenance Mode while import?” checkbox to notify your website visitors about your site being under maintenance while you’re importing. If you want to skip the duplicate content while importing, enable the ‘Do you want to handle the duplicate on existing records?’ check box. Once you enable these, click on ‘Import’ to proceed the instant import.
Scheduling the Import
To schedule your importing in WP Ultimate CSV Importer, enable the ‘Do you want to schedule this Import?’ on the ‘Import Configuration Section’. Next provide schedule date, frequency, time zone and schedule time. Like the below screenshot,
Now after importing, Go and visit ‘Posts’, you will get the new Posts there. You can be able to see your posts are added in the post page. Similarly, go to ‘Pages’ and you will see the Pages are added. Like the same, if "custom post" are added it will display as a session in left side navigation.

How do you split multiple files in XML?
