Whenever you start to import, ensure to validate your CSV & XML files. First, upload the ready CSV/XML file in CSV Importer. You can find different upload options like desktop, FTP, external url, use anyone to upload your file, and select a post type. The post type is where or what you want to import like pages, posts, etc., You can import SEOPress fields along with Posts, Pages, Custom Posts, Taxonomies, and WooCommerce.
Next to that map the headers of the CSV. You need to map all the field headers you have mentioned inside your file. If you forget to map, the values will not be imported. The wrong mapping leads to improper import. So make sure to map the fields properly. Check again before going to the next step. Verify the import with view logs to ensure the import's success.
